Busy, established café restaurant seeking strong chef with serious café and resturaant experience.

Leadership role with opportunity to help launch upcoming night service.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years professional kitchen experience

• Strong cafe & restaurant background essential

• Experience as Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role

• Proven ability to manage service, workflow, and team structure

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability
